| In consideration of mutual Terms & Conditions here in SAMRIDHI, associate agree as following: |

| -› As an applicant, I am agree of legal age (18 years) completed and will be independent distributor, |
| representative of SAMRIDHI, I am joining the business on my own after due consideration of all aspects. |
|
| -› As a Distributor, i understand that the only expense incurred in becoming a SAMRIDHI distributor is the |
| purchase of a distributor starter kit. |
|
| -› Application of the distributorship must be sponsored by an existing distributor (sponsor) of the company. |
|
| -› SAMRIDHI may from time to time amend the list of products by addition or by deletion and may alter |
| designs or specifications of all or any product / products as a distributor, I shall not change or alter the |
| product in any manner without prior written consent of the management. |
|
| -› As a Distributor, shall be responsible of all the payments of all kinds of the taxes which may be levied on |
| the income that is generated from this agreement, I shall keep SAMRIDHI indemnified of same at all the |
| time present & future. |
|
| -› As a Distributor, I have understood that SAMRIDHI does not guarantee income or commission or profit to |
| the distributor. All returns or bonuses are based on performance of the distributor and his team efforts. |
|
| -› As a Distributor, I will operate my own business and buy from SAMRIDHI products, promote their sales |
| and will abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedure as amended from time to time. |
|
| -› All rights of the termination will be reserved by with the company. |
|
| -› I have understood that I have a distributor the benefits of earning, if any shall be transferred in the name |
| of nominee as mentioned in the form. |
|
| -› In case of death of registered distributor, the benefits of earning, if any shall be transferred in the name |
| of nominee as mentioned in the form. |
|
| -› I hereby undertake that I have read, understood and familiarize myself with the terms and conditions and |
| further agree to abide by the said rules and regulations including all amendments there to be published or |
| notified by SAMRIDHI from time to time. |
|
| -› Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be refer to the arbitration and conciliation act 1996. |
|
| -› Any arbitration of court proceeding arising out of this agreement are subjected to Karnal Jurisdiction only. |
